Login 

Your user ID is either your email address or your mobile phone number and password. There are two ways to log in: native app and browser. The logon link for the Commissioned app is https://app.commissioned.global/login.

 Consider bookmarking this link on your favorite browser.

If you created your account prior to January 31, 2024, you may have a profile with a phone number only. On your next login, you will be prompted to verify your account and add an email address. Once in the app, go to Edit Profile and add a password.

Logout 

To logout, tap on the Menu icon and then choose Logout. If you are on a large-sized tablet or browser, tap on your profile photo on the navigation bar then choose Logout.

Forgot Password?

If you login with email and forget your password, you will need to reset it before being able to log in again.

How to reset your password:

  1. Go to the login screen.
  2. Tap on the Forgot Password link
  3. Type in your email address. Tap on the Send Reset button.
  4. Go to your email inbox and open the password reset email.
  5. Click on the link in the body of the email, or copy and paste it into a web browser. 
  6. You will be redirected to a web page. 
  7. Enter a new password, confirm the password and tap on the Change Password button.
  8. Go back to the app to log in using your new password.
