Use an event listing to announce a meeting, gathering, or event where you want to receive RSVP confirmations or link to a third party registration system. The event can be in person, virtual, or both.

 

To create an event listing:
1. Go to the group header and tap the green plus button.
2. Choose Create Event Listing.
3. Fill in the information on the Overview screen.

 

 If you do not add a web address in the the RSVP Link box, then this event listing will be used to collect RSVP responses.

 If you add a web address in the RSVP Link box, the event listing will click through to a website.

 

4. Tap the Next button.
5. Choose the date, start time, end time, and time zone.
6. Tap the Publish button. This event listing will be shown on the Events channel in the Channels collection.


At your discretion, you may choose Event Listing as a Post Type setting on another channel. To create an event listing in this channel, use the post prompt at the top of this channel and choose the Event Listing icon. Then, follow steps 3 through 6 above.
