Collection Information and Settings

From the resource library, the admin can see the different collections in the group. The default collections are named Dashboard and Channels.  The Dashboard collection is functionally linked to the group page. The Channels collection is functionally linked to a button on the group header.

 

To update the collection info and settings:

  1. From the resource library, locate the collection tile and tap the 3-dots menu, then choose Edit. 
  2. On the Info tab, you can update Headline, thumbnail image, cover image, Description, Default Reference Header.
  3. On the Settings tab, you can update Visibility and Vertical Scrolling.
  4. Tap the Save button to save your changes.

 

Helpful Tip  Because the Channels collection is functionally linked to the button on the group header, it acts as a navigation mechanism for content in the group. The order of how its channels appear may be important.
