Guest Checkout

When paying for an event and you are not an app user, tap the Continue as Guest button to get your ticket.  

 

Proceed with the order by choosing the number of tickets, typing your personal information, and supplying the credit or debit card information.

 

 The platform will give a message if the email and/or phone number provided match an existing profile in the system. In that case, you will log in to continue.

 

Event Registration Confirmation

Check the inbox of the email account you provided. You will receive the purchase receipt. The email subject line begins with "Event Registration Confirmation."

 

This email not only has the order summary and tickets, it also includes instructions for creating an account (app profile). Doing so will allow you to participate with other attendees before, during, and after the event. 

 

Tap the Create Your Profile button to setup your profile in the app. This action is meant only for the recipient and is not transferable. 

 

Claim Your Profile

By tapping the Claim Your Profile button, you will be directed to a browser that begins the app signup.
 

1. Notice that your email address is pre-populated. Tap the Continue button.
   
    It is important that you proceed with signup using this email address because it is associated with the transaction record (the order history). 
    
2. Add the phone number that you used during your event registration. If you don't remember it, click "Add Later" or the Skip button.
3. Type a password. Tap the Continue button.
4. Type your first and last name. It is optional to share your location and birth date. Tap the Continue button.
5. Choose your profile visibility. Agree to the terms. Tap the Finish button.
6. When you get to the Welcome! screen this means that you now have an app profile. The remaining steps are recommended. If you want you can "Skip Profile" and you're done. When you "Skip Profile" this takes you to the event page.

 

These steps follow the signup if you did not "Skip Profile"

1. Upload a profile image, background image, and headline. Tap the Continue button.
2. Choose what interests you. Tap the Continue button.
3. Discover more groups to join. Tap the Continue button. 
4. You will end up on the event page.

 

 We recommend that you complete the app tours when you are prompted to go through it.

 

View Your Event

Tap the Groups icon on the navigation bar, and then choose the event from the list.

You have access to up-to-date event information including but not limited to announcements, updates, ongoing discussions, and the itinerary with sessions and speakers.
