How to Transfer an Event Ticket
print icon

When you purchase an event ticket or multiple tickets, you have the option of transferring the ticket to other person(s). This is especially important to do if the event requires proof of registration from the attendee before being admitted into the venue. For example, the event is in-person and possessing a ticket will be checked.

An event ticket can be transferred one time only. A ticket cannot be reassigned after the transfer has been completed.

The recipient can be an app user or not. If the person is not an existing app user, claiming the ticket requires signing up first.
