This article covers how you can share or promote an event group outside of the app, including people who are not app users.

 With the current version of the event group feature, this method works only on desktop and mobile browsers but not the native app. We are working to get this fixed.

The instructions below illustrate the steps using a event group entitled "Literacy and Kids". The image shows what to do on the app interface. 

1. Go to the event group page.

2. On the header section, tap the share icon.

3. Copy and save the web link.

4. Paste this web link into an email or text message. Anybody who clicks the link will see the event group page.
