Where is my event ticket and order history?

As the purchaser of an event ticket, you can log into the app and gain access to your order history. If you bought the ticket using guest checkout, refer to the article entitled Claim Your Account After Guest Checkout before proceeding. 

 

The Event Registration Confirmation email sent when you bought the ticket(s) is the order receipt.

 

 Order history is associated with the email address used to buy the ticket. It is not associated with your phone number. If you checked out as a guest and later used your phone number to sign up, you will need to deactivate your account (that was created with your phone number) and use the Create Account link in the Event Registration Confirmation email you received after purchasing event tickets.

 

Order History in My Profile

  1. On a desktop browser, tap your profile thumbnail and choose View Profile. On mobile, tap the Navigator menu, then tap your profile thumbnail.
  2. From your profile page, tap the Order History icon. This section lists all of your transactions using the app.
  3. Find the event ticket that you purchased and tap the View Tickets link.
  4. This will display the ticket QR code. If you bought multiple tickets for this event, all of the ticket QR codes that remains assigned to you (not transferred) will be shown.

 

Event Order Detail

As shown in the Order History page, the information for each transaction includes:

  • Transaction date
  • Order number
  • Ticket type
  • Event title and snippet of the description
  • Quantity purchased
  • Payment status
  • Total amount paid
