How a Member Manages a Group Subscription Membership

Subscription Membership establishes paid subscriptions for a group. Members pay monthly dues to belong. Each group with Subscription Membership operate separately in the app. 

This feature is integrated with Stripe, the processor of the transactions. The app does not store any credit card information. The payment processing is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

 

As a new member, you will subscribe to be admitted into the group. The Subscribe button is located on the group header section.

Some groups require approval before becoming an eligible member. In this case, you will first Request to Join and be vetted. Check your Notifications for the status of your request. Tap the ACCEPT button on the notification to acknowledge being approved. Then, you can subscribe.

 

The required information are full name, email address, phone number, and  credit or debit card information. Upon subscribing, your first payment is processed. Thereafter, the fee is charged on or around the same day of every month using the same credit or debit card. 

 

You may can cancel your subscription any time. When you cancel a subscription, your membership ceases immediately. You can join again to reactivate your subscription membership.

 

Group Subscription Membership is managed from the Member button located on the group header section.

1. Tap the Member button to open the Manage Membership screen.

2. The Subscription tab gives you information about the active subscription for this group. 
3. If you want to end your membership, tap the Cancel Subscription button. 
4. The Wallet tab allows you to add a new payment method. 
5. The Payment History tab lists all of the transactions for this membership.
6. Tap the X mark on the upper right to close this screen.

 

There is another way you can review payment transactions on the app.
1. From the navigation bar, tap the Menu icon and then tap your thumbnail image. You are now on the View Profile screen.
2. Tap the Order History icon. All of your app transactions are displayed here.
