Subscription Membership can be removed or deleted to cancel all active membership subscriptions for a group. Once this action is performed, it cannot be undone and is effective immediately.    

PREREQUISITE

• You must be a group admin.

1. Go to the group with the active subscription membership.

2. Click the Subscriptions button on the group header section. This opens the Subscriptions & Pricing screen. You should be on the Subscriptions tab.

3. Click the 3-dots menu to the right of the subscription amount. Choose Delete

4. On the next screen, click the Delete button to confirm.
